Sustainable Furniture

Our Sustainable Furniture Designs are created at our workshop in New Mexico from locally harvested Urban Wood and Source Verified Good Wood®. Our Urban Wood designs are created from Elm trees, a non-native species that quickly out-competes desirable native plants along the Rio Grande Valley. We are working with arborists who are removing the trees to restore the balance of the eco-system, turning the wood into beautiful furniture pieces. The Ponderosa Pine used to create our furniture is harvested in the Jemez Mountains and the Santa Fe National Forest, and is certified by Source Verified Good Wood®, an independent third-party organization with a mission to promote sustainability, responsible forest management, and the health of local ecosystems. Verified wood can be traced back to its forest of origin, assuring you that your purchase has made a positive impact.
